Alliance between Tuklo and Boyaca

Boyacá, a company dedicated to transport and distribution for 50 years, has diversified its publishing business to operate successfully in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, automotive and retail. In line with one of its main objectives, digitalisation, and to improve efficiency and productivity in logistics and transport management, the company has invested in state-of-the-art technology.

The service that Tuklo offers Boyacá Delivery is based on open software, with functionalities that cover the needs and services of the company and accompany its customers in different types of development.

Tuklo’s technology will enable Boyacá Delivery to manage its deliveries throughout the supply chain, create a network of convenience points to facilitate deliveries and pick-ups for customers and recipients, implement reverse logistics and improve its customers’ experience of the parcel delivery and pick-up process.

The platform includes a number of features, such as a mobile app for drivers and warehouse operators, integration with an automated parcel sorter, phone calls and customer service functions, as well as ticket management and financial tools, plus multiple integrations with carriers and external fleet management, known as 3PL.

With Tuklo’s technology, Boyacá Delivery will be able to manage its operations more efficiently, reduce delivery times and increase its responsiveness to market needs.
